True Religion introduces an innovative mobile app. The app promises to extend improved user experience with interactive content and exclusive products.

As per the announcement made by the company, the app is available in Google and Apple Play stores. True Religion is hopeful that around 10% of its e-commerce sales will happen through the app next year.

The company further informs that around eighty percent of its e-commerce transactions happen through mobile devices.

True Religion recently had a financially tumultuous time. The enterprise is trying to start things anew. The retail world had to face the consequences of the pandemic.

The enterprise went bankrupt in 2020. After a restructuring plan, the firm was able to cut expenses, reduce debts and attain profitability. After the 2020 bankruptcy, the firm was able to achieve record Cyber Week Sales in 2021. In addition, there was a 45% increase in e-commerce sales in 2020.

Innovative digital strategies will be the focus of the firm in 2022.

The firm has also made changes to its existing leadership. For example, the enterprise hired Scott McCabe as SVP of e-commerce in March this year.

“We know that the True Religion customer uses their smartphone to engage with the brand. The app will enhance our ability to facilitate a seamless and more direct relationship to our most loyal customers,” informs Scott McCabe, senior vice president of e-commerce at True Religion.

Besides exclusive products and user-friendly content, the app involves information on deals, user-generated content, other perks, and style recommendations.
