Collaborating with implementation partner Syntax Systems GmbH & Co. KG, this move marks a pivotal milestone that sets the stage for the broader adoption of SAP Digital Manufacturing across Siemens Energy’s global network of plants in the coming years.

Siemens Energy’s decision to partner with SAP aimed to establish a unified manufacturing execution system landscape that enhances productivity and fosters standardization across its worldwide production plants. With Syntax as the implementation partner overseeing the introduction and transition of selected plants to SAP Digital Manufacturing, Siemens Energy is poised to gain comprehensive oversight of its shop floor operations. This entails providing shop floor operators with tailored production dashboards, offering guidance and assistance to boost productivity.

SAP Digital Manufacturing will empower Siemens Energy’s sites to make rapid and informed production decisions based on real-time manufacturing data. By implementing a harmonized solution, the plants can optimize their production processes, with the added support of low-code plug-ins that assist shop floor operators during assembly activities.
